Abstract
Using the example of far eastern sexuality practices such as Tao, Neotantra and Kashmiri Shaivism, the conservation of energy to achieve higher orgasmic states is presented and it is shown how this principle can be utilized in mindful self-love in order to reach, for example, a natural mood enhancement. In addition, good results can be achieved in conjunction with a practitioner (sexological bodyworker or tantric masseur) with regard to sexual dysfunctions and couple communication. In contrast to sex therapy, however, not only the relationship aspect, but also the orgasmic power as a de- and limiting ecstatic aspect of sexuality is taken into account, whereby the practitioner can become a transitional object through the bodywork.
